What You'll Do:
  • Help Alabama home owners and potential home owners create and manage wealth in Real Estate
  • Create a business plan with the Team Leader and execute that plan to generate the net profit you want to earn
  • Commit to mastery as a real estate professional
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Skills You Have:
  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional or intention to attain license
  • 0 years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
