Job Description

Job Requirements:

Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Retrieve messages from voice mails and forward to the appropriate personnel. Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable. Answer questions about our organization and provide callers with the address, directions, and other information. Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitor visitor access and issues passes when required. Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.

Technical Skills:

  • Front desk duties
  • Typing skills 40+ WPM

  • Ability to operate a fax machine and scanner
