Enterprise Account Manager

Proactively manage 5-10 key client relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value
May be asked to a lead a team of account managers dedicated to meet the technical needs of clients (tactical work delegation)
Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning the company's capabilities to client business needs
Learn and understand client’s brand, goals, and business needs
Coordinate PIN services on behalf of the client, manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs
Setup/onboard new clients into PIN’s system or delegate as necessary
Document all communications and interactions with clients
Monitor and report on marketing channel performance (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, etc.)
Provide project management support and maintain quality control
Manage client expectations
Prepare in advance for all client meetings, anticipate client concerns and questions
Prepare and send reports to clients
Responsible for onboarding client accounts. Includes: Client setup, Leading (internal) pre-onboarding meeting, leading client onboarding meeting/presentation, Leading (internal) post-onboarding, leading discussions regarding overall client strategy and KPI’s
Monthly account review and updates, including: monitor budget pacing, review month-end reports with stakeholders, optimize campaigns based on findings and analytics
Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
3-5 Years of experience in digital marketing and/or client relations
Strong business acumen
Ability to clearly communicate with C-Level executives
Understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, etc.), tactics and capabilities
- Customer service experience

- Word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work well under pressure
