Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and Managerial Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of 1-5 account managers responsible for retention and growth of assigned accounts.
Train and mentor new team members to understand internal processes, third party system capabilities and general business knowledge per the industries they are to be assigned to.
Complete performance evaluations and disciplinary documentation as needed.
Ensure minimum performance requirements are being met or exceeded by the account management team.
Responsible for implementing new processes and procedures designed to make the company and account management department more efficient.
Client Communication and Retention:
Develop and implement short and long term strategies for client retention and growth while ensuring the team delivers a high quality of service.
May be personally responsible for managing strategically important accounts.
You will work with the marketing, content, data/analytics, design, and tech teams to help ensure synergy as it relates to customer requirements and account success.
You will perform relevant risk and opportunity analyses regularly to make sure that you and the team constantly stay ahead of the game and thwart problems before they can have an impact on our clients.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding of clients as assigned by leadership.
Strategy and Reporting:
3-5 Years of experience in digital marketing.
Ability to synthesize information from google ads, microsoft ads, facebook, instagram, relevant DSP’s and other digital marketing platforms.
Research and be well versed in a variety of fields (i.e. automotive, higher education, professional services, medical, etc.)
Ability to comprehend marketing attribution and data models designed to give clients a competitive edge.
Be adept to new technologies and reporting capabilities available within key marketing channels and software leveraged by the company.
Ability to analyze data sets, identify trends and present actionable insights to clients and executive teams.

Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership skills, with at least 2 years of management experience.
Exceptional ability to create order, develop and implement processes, and federate teams around complex objectives.
Experience with account management, customer success management, and program management.
Experience owning a relationship with relevant stakeholders.
Superior critical thinking and communication abilities.
