We are currently seeking a motivated, hardworking individual responsible for providing administrative support to all departments as well as performing some accounting functions.
Job Responsibilities
· Distribute mail, answer phones, greet visitors
· Maintain filing system both physical and electronic
· Ensure operation and maintenance of all office equipment
· Oversee office supplies and ensure that inventory is stocked as needed
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and analytical
· Work with accounting team to compile and sort invoices, checks, and other business transaction documents
· Assist Accounts Payable/Receivable and provide backup support as needed
- Assist team with other projects and administrative duties as needed
- Perform all duties required to run office efficiently
Skills/Requirements
· Knowledge of, Microsoft Office, Excel,
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
· Ability to establish priorities and coordinate multiple administrative tasks
· Ability to examine documents for accuracy and proper grammatical structure
· Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, organize, and analyze information.
· Positive and respectful attitude towards all staff, tenants, and vendors
