Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team! This person will be a self-motivated individual who strives to succeed in a team-oriented environment. Ideal candidate needs to work effectively with minimal supervision and paying close attention to detail. In this role, you would be responsible for projects from inception to conclusion, adhering to timelines and budgets, and developing ideas and strategies to drive program success.

Position Expectations

  • Able to work in a very fast-paced (but fun) working environment
  • Liaison between multiple marketing clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage the creation and delivery of projects with agreed upon timelines and expectation of quality
  • Recruitment for various types of meetings (including speaker training, advisory board, expert engagements, etc) as well as being the point of contact for speakers, client, and logistics company
  • Maintain multiple target lists (proficiency in Excel required)
  • Manage contracting process for clients within individual pharmaceutical companies requirements - obtaining Speaker CVs, creating credentialing lists, filling out FMV forms
  • Assist in drafting agendas for advisory board meetings and speaker training meetings
  • Understand the full routing process of an agency
  • Lead weekly internal status meetings
  • Manage special projects as assigned by supervisor

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Successful pharmaceutical project management experience preferred (1-5 years)
  • Experience with pharmaceutical legal and review submission process
  • Proactive nature that allows you to anticipate client and internal team needs
  • Impeccable "attention to detail" competency (core)
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills (oral, written, and phone)
  • Confidence and professionalism when speaking with physicians
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage a high volume of competing priorities across projects
  • Ability to interact effectively with all structural levels of organizations including clients, vendors, and internal companies to meet group goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be available for occasional overnight/weekend travel
