As a store manager you take full ownership for your store. You need to be passionate about motivating and training your employees. You also need to be a leader on the sales floor!
Develop monthly plans to exceed store goals
Train and develop your sales team into high performing team members
Responsible for the day to day operations of the store
Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others
Enforcement of company policies and procedures
Make equitable decisions for the customer and company when resolving customer issues
Create staffing schedules and monitor staff levels to ensure company success
Lead weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge
Coordinate and participate in community events
Analyze and interpret sales and commission reports
Understanding of wireless technology and services as well as a desire to learn
Outstanding organizational, leadership, and motivational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, self-confidence, and enthusiastic personality
Must thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment
Ability to work 48+ hours a week, including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
College degree or 1+ year of retail store management required
Previous experience with Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon highly preferred
