PG LifeLink, Inc.. is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing individual to fill the role of an Administrative Assistant position. Please note that there are two full-time positions to be filled:
1 Evening Admin Assistant (12pm-8pm)
1 Morning Admin Assistant (8am to 4pm)
Welcome and greet clients
Answer phone calls and book client appointments
File client charts
Maintain a clean and professional environment
Regularly maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly meeting and event calendar
Ability to protect and maintain confidentiality.
Responsible for placing orders for office supplies.
Actively monitor and coordinate Outlook resources mailboxes, distribution lists, and calendars.
High School Diploma and a minimum of two (2) or more years of administrative support experience.
Experience maintaining management calendars.
Experience scheduling domestic and international travel plans.
Demonstrated ability to perform detail oriented work, without close supervision.
Must be able to independently assess priorities and work with confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative projects and initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook to produce and distribute email, letters, memoranda, and reports.
Experience scheduling meetings for senior management and coordinating logistical support for internal and external meetings, including offsite events.
