Manage the industrial services teams on site the Customer premises.
Define and follow empowerment program, SQDCT indicators.
Animate and participate in meetings with customer.
Generate and present reports on departmental goals.
Drive continuous improvement.
Perform daily management routines
Motivate and encourage employees and supervisors.
Promote employee enhancement.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Solicit customer feedback.
Follow P&L of supervised activity.
Promote company's mission and values.
Participate with the sales team to define strategy for logistics and industrial services activities
Propose creative and innovative solutions for industrial services and logistics operations.
Promote company's expertise and added values in engineering
With a BA+5 (Engineering school or equivalent), you have a significant experience of at least 5 years, acquired within a technical industrial environment. In particular, you have proven experience in managing services such as: Production or , Logistic, Supply Chain and Customer relation.
Beyond your technical skills, your relationship allows you to work with multiple partners, both experts and generalists. As a manager, you have demonstrated the ability to challenge the existing and lead change while demonstrating pragmatism. You demonstrate real analytical skills, a strong taste for operations, technical and development and a strong team spirit. Your level of English is common
