Become part of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization as a Buyer Assistant to support the SSC Facilities Team.
- In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the support of processing invoices, supporting Pcard reconciliations, and other office assistant tasking.
- You will be responsible timely processing of year end tasking related to invoices and reconciliations.
- This position provides procurement support to government and commercial programs across Space Systems Company.
- Responsibilities include invoice review against PO/Contracts for accuracy, email authorized approver, receive approval and then approve for AP to process payments.
- Responsible for review of Pcard procurements, collecting invoices and proof of delivery to combine in monthly reconciliation reports.
- The candidate must be able and willing to support and meet program deadlines on a continuous basis
- Invoicing skills, purchase order placement
