We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join our sales team in our Dubuque, IA site. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong drive to succeed, and be able to multitask.

• Base: $48,500 -$54,000 + (bonus) + commissions

Responsibilities / Duties:
•Prospecting/penetrating new accounts
•Networking within existing account to maximize sales growth over the phone, via email, video calls, social media and site visits
•Educating new customers on the benefits of using our specialized staffing services
•Managing any issues that may result in revenue loss
•Building long lasting business relationships with current and new clients
