PDS Tech is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a position in Palo Alto, CA.
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
TEMP TO HIRE for the right candidate.
In this role, you will represent our client with their customers, resolving billing issues on their utility accounts via telephone. We need a friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people and resolving problems, who takes pride in providing the best customer service.
Basic Duties for this position:
- Take inbound calls from and make outbound calls to customers.
- Balance accounts and collect payments.
Must have administrative and customer service experience.
Must have cash management experience -balancing/collecting payments.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Should have office experience with high customer traffic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Highly detail oriented and great organizational skills.
Strong time management.
The candidate must be bi-lingual. English and Spanish.
The following skills are a PLUS:
High School Diploma/equivalent.
Associate's degree or some college coursework is preferred.
