Job Description

Job Summary

The Program Support Manager will join our Fuel Rewards support team responsible for operations and Shell wholesaler and Shell corporate relationships. Specifically, the person in this role will be a primary contact for Shell wholesale customers when they have questions about Fuel Rewards, program offers, settlement and will be providing general account management to them.


  • Serves as key contact for assigned Shell wholesalers for any questions and issues.
  • Provides training to new wholesaler employees on our settlement process. Helps to resolve any issues.
  • Helps to make updates to offers in our system, communicates with internal teams to request offer setup.
  • Works with multiple external stakeholders to define, adhere to, and improve processes to ensure Fuel Rewards offers and offer programs are up and running with no issues.
  • Maintains key data on all Shell wholesale customers and provides high-level updates to Shell and Internal teams.
  • Effectively communicates ongoing performance updates for Shell wholesale customers.
  • Engages other internal resources as needed to support process completion.
  • Works with the Senior Manager to drive visibility to potential program enhancements and issues.
  • Ensures accurate site record-keeping in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and great oral/written communication skills.
  • Excel knowledge is a plus (Vlookup and Pivots).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Account Management, Customer Service or similar experience in a corporate setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Superior communication and people skills
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience working in Salesforce is a plus
  • Able to comprehend reporting and have a good financial acumen
  • Must love help resolve problems and build professional relationships with customers
