Position Description PConline365, established in 2015, is an e-commerce company integrating online retail, product design and development, and IT after-sales support services. Headquartered in Newark, Delaware, with a branch office in Shanghai, China, we’re a fast growing company with 70 employees and $100 million of annual sales. Our product line expands over 2,000 categories of electronics and digital products, including major brands such as Dell, HP, and Lenovo. We are looking to hire a skilled Supply Chain Manager to design and execute sourcing strategies for the PC division.
This person should have in-depth knowledge of PC retail and ecommerce and have experience negotiating contracts and establishing partnerships. A successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic workplace. This position is eligible for telework opportunities. Responsibilities: Manage a complex supplier portfolio with an annual purchase volume of $80 million Responsible for the development of suppliers of computer hardware and accessories, and the development of procurement channels, as well as the maintenance and management of supplier relations Develop and execute the strategic sourcing plan in support of the company's growth objectives. Responsible for the work of the company’s procurement department, including: inquiry, evaluation, price comparison, signing of procurement contracts, logistics, acceptance, evaluation Lead and manage 2-5 employees in procurement department and collaborate with production and marketing departments Collect and analyze market trends and the price changes, and design corresponding action plans Monitor supplier performance and identify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. MBA preferred 5+ years of relevant strategic supply chain, sourcing, or purchasing experience in PC ecommerce Extensive experience in purchasing from computer hardware manufacturers Strong oral and written communication skills Experience working with omni-channel marketplace and with strong negotiation skills In-depth understanding of best-in-class procurement practices of electronic products Ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently Full-time onsite preferred.
