With a 10 year history of year-over-year growth and unique experience derived from thousands of purchase transactions.The PositionWe are seeking a seasoned and experienced individual to be the Executive Administrative Assistant to our growing leadership team.Qualifications & ExperienceThe successful candidate will have a background in supporting and enabling productivity of executive and C-Level leadership in a growing organization. Must be comfortable working with remote team members and constituents in and out of the organization. This position will be responsible for managing our new office in Alexandria.The individual will be expected to : • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite visitors and callers • Plan and host events in the office such as board meetings • Produce documents, reports and presentations for the leadership team • Schedule conference calls and meetings for the leadership team • Manage the office including acceptance of deliveries and ordering supplies as neededCandidate Attributes • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities • Self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively approach work • High integrity and ethical standardsEducation • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role required.For more information about Pendrick Capital Partners, please visit our website at
