Program Manager
The Program Manager (PM) leads the Program Management Office and oversees worldwide performance and quality for all task orders.
Education & Experience:

  • A Secret level security clearance
  • A high level of proficiency in the English language
  • Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree and/or PMP preferred)
  • Ten (10) years of progressive experience managing the implementation, execution, and oversight of large worldwide programs, including three (3) years leading diverse teams to foster customer service, innovative solutions, risk management and proactive communication
  • Demonstrated expertise on a large scale worldwide Federal Government contract/program management
  • Worldwide experience managing contracts greater than $50M
  • Experience managing contracts across multiple time zones
  • Experience managing programs requiring domestic and international financial reconciliation
  • Experience working with non-US citizens (local nationals, 3rd country nationals)
  • Experience working overseas desired
  • Experience using a variety of office software, including: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Share Point, and MS Outlook
  • Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams
Responsible for:
  • Working with customer to understand requirements and assign the resources to fulfill tasks
  • Defining program governance
  • Overseeing Regional Executives and Task Order Managers in the performance and execution of task order activities
  • Serving as primary point of contact to the Contracting Officer and Government PMO
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective actions to mitigate
  • Managing resources across the program and task orders
  • Coordinating interdependencies and resources between task orders
  • Providing effective management and administration of all efforts undertaken under the IDIQ
  • Advising and assisting customers regarding the technical scope of the contract and all aspects of the IDIQ
  • Resolving issues related to performance
  • Providing all deliverables and reports, ensuring that they are accurate, thorough, and timely and align across the IDIQ and task orders
  • Communicating openly and proactively with customers and other key Government stakeholders to provide insightful assessments of program risk, and including but not limited to proactive follow-ups on ongoing issues, accurate and timely communication regarding proposed/implemented solution, and timely responses to the Program Team and field emails
  • Implementing appropriate controls to prevent and detect cases of fraud or malfeasance and notifying appropriate security personnel to determine required actions
  • Maintaining required quality and performance to acceptable quality levels during contract performance
  • Attending bi-weekly meetings and quarterly IPRs in-person or digitally
  • Overseeing personnel and staffing management
  • Overseeing contract management
  • Meeting / consulting with customers re: SLAs, performance trends, risks, IT plans, training, etc. through in-person visits and as needed via email/phone
  • Drafting and submitting standard reports and program status (weekly, monthly, etc.) and ad-hoc reports (incident reports, etc.) to the customer
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Understanding of and familiarity with visa acquisition processes, laws, and regulations
  • Understanding of international banking laws
