Position Overview
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... $35,000 - $45,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $60,000 - $80,000/yr Base pay will be determined upon interview and work experience Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Medical, Retirement Monday - Friday Daytime Hours Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agencyAre you outgoing and customer-focused? Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements Ability to commute to our offices in Jefferson, WI 2+ years of active insurance sales and customer service experience preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment
