Job Description
Opening with our industrial client for an Administrative Assistant.Pay Rate: 13/hrEssential Duties
+ Prepare letters, memos, invoices and other business documents
+ Keep appointment schedule up to date
+ Open and sort incoming mail
+ Arrange conferences and book travel accommodations.
+ Handle purchase orders, payments of bills, and expense vouchers.
+ Maintain business records and files.
+ Compile, analyze and reconcile reports.
+ Prepare and verify weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports such as indexes, budgets, inventories, etc.
Requirements and Experience
+ High School Diploma
+ 2 to 3 years of professional office or administrative experience
+ 60 WPM typing skills
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision.
+ PC skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically, Excel
+ Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
+ Exceptional communication skills
+ Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
