Oxford Solutions has an opening with our retail merchandising client for a Customer Administrative Support Representative.
In this role you will providing customer administrative support by assisting with placing orders while providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Provide support and resolution to customers (ordering, bonus points delivery and product assembly)
Make outbound phone calls or formulate an email follow up response for interactions that require more time and research.
- See issues through to resolution and document interactions
- Prior customer service experience
- Good data entry and administrative skills
- Comfortable managing multiple systems
- Well organized with ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills (via phone and email)
- Ability to work independently and research to resolve issues
