The Program Director of ARTS™ will be responsible for working with Oxford’s team to lead the ARTS™ program, including: Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services for our kiddos. Your amazing team includes, BCBAs, OT, PT, SLT, a full medical team, Culinary Arts Chefs, and a research team.
As the Program Director you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead our team with our unique ABA program
- Grow the vision and develop strategic execution
- Work with research team to improve patient care with research driven services
- Work with sales to grow the ABA & Provider KPI’s
- Have fun with our creative marketing team to present the program
- Mentor your team
- Develop growth strategies
- Hire new staff
- Monitor smart billing
- Make sure the kiddos are receiving the best care possible
The ideal candidate will:
- Has experience in a similar supervisory, clinical or program management role
- Hold a Master's Degree in Business Leadership, Business Administration, applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, Special Education, or a related field
- Have strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workers
- Able to meet goals and work under pressure
- Strong time management skills, administrative, customer service, team building, and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) practices
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families and caregivers
- Knowledge of practices, methodologies, interventions, and treatments that benefit children with ASD
- Familiar with research findings in the field of ASD treatments
- Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and the BCBA code of ethics
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
