What is the Opportunity?

As a Chemical Sales Support you will work closely with Chemical Sales Department to provide support to customers, vendors, warehouses, and freight companies.

The role is based in Mokena, IL office.

What is the role?

• Communicate with customers by phone and email to answer questions and offer tracking information and estimate freight costs.
• Review and process chemical orders received from customers or prospective customers.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, vendors and warehouses to verify orders are received and shipped accurately.
• Communicate with customers as they approach their order date.
• Provide and follow up on price quotations prepared for current and prospective customers.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three years' experience working with customers in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.
