As our Social Media Manager you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing Overpass's social media presence using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. data driven social media strategy. Ideally, you are someone that is extremely organized, forward thinking, with a top-down driven approach designed to cater to our clients interests and their needs. This position does not require you to be a graphic designer, however it does require collaborating with our Marketing design lead.Responsibilities: Develop and manage Overpass accounts across popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Manage end-to-end activity across these platforms, from concept to execution Grow audiences across new product social media channels, focusing on building audiences, driving engagement, and interacting with users across all platforms Actively take place in conversation with our community on social media, increasing engagement levels and improving product loyalty and advocacy Work with creative team to concept and plan social content creation, oversee and implement execution in a timely manner Ability to analyze and organize social data to optimize content Work with designers and video editors to build editorial and promotional content from scratch Collaborate with the Marketing and design team to define, measure, and report content KPIs to drive continuous optimizationRequirements: 3-5+ years of experience in social media and community management Experience in social strategy development and execution in a fast-growing organization Ability to develop a voice and company presence on social media Exceptional time-management and task-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative, out of the box thinker and an ability to maximize a budget Self-starter with a desire to join a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment Video editing experience a plus Knowledge of and familiarity with trends in the tech industry and social media worldCompany DescriptionOur vision at Overpass is to create a holistic solution for sales leaders to find the talent, tools, and transparency needed to effectively work together from anywhere in the world.
