We are looking to hire an Office Manager / Executive Assistant for the CEO of the company
Duties include but are not limited to
- Support company operations by maintaining assigned ongoing and reoccurring tasks.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Sending and Receiving Email & Phone correspondence and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Must be knowledgable in Google Suite Applications
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing daily calls, emails, and updates from other departments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Must be able to work from Santa Monca
