Ourisman Kia of Alexandia is looking for a Sales Manager, preferably with experience, to help us grow our business. We are a high-volume store and need an experienced Sales Manager to help get us to the next level. State of the art facility and fantastic environment!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to sell cars and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior sales management experience preferred
- Experience in customer service skills
- Willingness to work with customers and work negotiations
