Our client is seeking to add multiple Customer Service Specialist to their staff to support a new gaming device that will be released by the end of the year. Will be speaking gaming all day in a high-volume call center environment. 50% of the time you may be speaking to parents that have no clue about games (patience needed). You will also be talking about:
- · Game types
- · Will be the 'expert' on statistics and helping to educate buyers and help them purchase products (no selling involved)
Currently remote but will need to go back into the office in Draper, UT once Covid settles down
Must be flexible to work anytime Monday to Friday 8AM-10PM and Saturday/Sunday 9AM-6PM. Will get 2 days off a week and a set schedule.
This is a direct hire role, W2 only.
