Call Center Representative - Work From Home

Job Description

100% remote/work from home but candidates must be local to Pittsburgh area for possible onsite meetings once safe.

Our client is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their call center team taking inbound calls in a direct hire role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining established performance metrics expectations and delivering a quality service to our customers
  • Utilize good judgment and understanding of process and procedures to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues
  • Accurately track and document all communications with customers to provide a detailed history of contact
  • Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted performance goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Call Center experience handling 60-100 calls per shift
  • Ability to work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced and structured environment
  • Must have high-speed internet, smartphone and quiet work space at home.
