Our client is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their call center team taking inbound calls in a direct hire role.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining established performance metrics expectations and delivering a quality service to our customers
- Utilize good judgment and understanding of process and procedures to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues
- Accurately track and document all communications with customers to provide a detailed history of contact
- Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted performance goals
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of Call Center experience handling 60-100 calls per shift
- Ability to work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced and structured environment
- Must have high-speed internet, smartphone and quiet work space at home.
