Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist: (Fluent in Spanish)
***Must be fluent in speaking Spanish***
Primarily responsible for the customer service of internal employees. Support and collaborate with leadership to ensure the best employee experience possible. This includes motivating and driving team members to achieve goals and educating employees on the various perks of working within.
- Bilingual - Fluency in Spanish - REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience assisting in the development and support of workforce strategies
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws including workers compensation, leave, and retirement
- Experience within manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics, or similar environment
- Strong communication skills for effective interact with employees at all levels of the organization and in representing the company with outside audiences.
