Job Description

 

Shift: 6AM to 2:30PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Completing various production work orders for assemblies while utilizing and interpreting engineering mechanical or electrical assembly drawings throughout final assembly build process 
  • Using different hand tools, machines, and manual labor to complete the build final assembly process
  • Update engineering drawings/work instructions throughout the vehicle build final assembly process when necessary
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, company policies and OSHA requirements
  • Completing final vehicle build assemblies in a timely manner to meet/exceed manufacturing/project management schedules
  • Update engineering drawings/work instructions throughout the build final assembly process

 

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in Mechanical, Machine, or electrical assembly in an industrial environment and in a team setting
  • High school Diploma or equivalent – some college or certification from trade school is preferred
  • Understanding of manufacturing machines and machine safety
  • Basic math skills and ability to utilize measuring devices such as tape measure, levels and calipers
  • Detail orientated, focused, fast-paced and the ability to multi-task various projects/processes
  • Exposure to computers/software like Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) to track work orders
  • Ability to utilize a fork truck for moving materials, subassemblies and vehicles (or willing to get licensed)
