Job Summary

Oscar's Brewing Company is looking for dedicated Bakers who enjoy working in a strong team environment. Applicants must have professional experience in a commercial bakery. A background in upscale dining is appreciated!


Responsibilities and Duties

As an OBC Baker you:

  • Prepare all bread, dough and desserts in accordance with OBC recipes and standards
  • Stock and set up your station with all essential provisions
  • Label, date and rotate all food, following FIFO procedures
  • Ensure that all food handling areas are maintained thoroughly clean
  • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
  • Execute multiple tasks quickly, timely and effectively
  • Thoroughly clean and wrap up your station upon completion of serve

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Be organized, attention to detail and ability to follow directions

  • Have great communication skills and be able to work as a team!

  • Function well when under stress

  • Have a current food handler permit

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and evenings

  • Able to meet physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds and standing for 8 hours or more

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity
