Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager, Process Design Enrollment and Billing for our Concierge Optimization Team!

About the role:

The Manager, Process Design Enrollment and Billing will lead and push all components of deliverables to completion related to the enhancement of Oscar's high-priority, complex, operational technology-driven projects. You will be predominantly focused on the technical product roadmap, such as RPA Implementation for several departments processes, for the Member LifeCycle; including project timeline, scope, budget, schedule and outcomes.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Process Design & Strategy. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Responsibilities:

  • Help develop, strategize, plan, build and scale new technical interventions from scratch to guide optimization, scalability, and cost reduction
  • You will advocate for development of a technical roadmap for the Member LifeCycle
  • Partner with all team members and lead process from strategic objective to delivery
  • Work with leadership and our product partners to provide technical solutions that meet engineering, operational, and requirements
  • Increase overall effectiveness of our platform organization by systematically identifying and solving root cause organizational and technological challenges discovered through the course of program delivery
  • You will partner with other Strategy & Operations Teams to ensure teams meet their schedule targets by implementing industry-best practices in program and project management and roadmap delivery, creating novel solutions.
  • You will lead delivery of company-wide projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading or directing cross-functional programs in varied sizes concurrently as either a TPM, Project manager or product manager in healthcare domain
  • Experience working with several different project methodologies(Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and productivity tools
  • Experience identifying and resolving systemic issues in both software and people systems
  • Knowledge in fundamental information/technology systems and how they work such as relational databases, APIs, AI/ML, ETL processes, RPAs.
  • 3+ years experience in health care
  • Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting
  • Experience with Eligibility, Enrollment, and Billing
