Orthopedic Center of Illinois is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead our Team.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading and directing all operations and related lines of business.
Partial Listing of Job Responsibilities:
Develops a culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability and performance with a shared vision for the future.
Directs and implements the clinic's mission and strategic plan to achieve it's strategic and financial goals.
Develops and updates organizational design, management and processes for maximum productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Ensures the financial viability of the clinic by maintaining systems to control finances and staffing.
Represents the clinic in its relationships with other health organizations, government agencies and third-party payers.
Education:
Graduate degree in health care administration or business administration.
Experience:
A minimum of five years experience in health care administration working collaboratively across clinical and administrative departments.
