Job Description
Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians is a nationally recognized center of excellence in orthopedic sports medicine, orthopedic spine surgery, and interventional spine treatments. We have locations throughout the United States that specialize in providing state-of-the-art, minimally invasive treatments for complex neck and spine problems and sports-related injuries and conditions.

Job Summary:

Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians has an opening for an outstanding, early-career Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring quality employees. He/she will collaborate with clinic managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure all clinics are fully staffed at all times
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, external job boards, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated into HRIS system
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years full cycle recruiting experience
  • 1 year recruiting experience required
  • Familiarity using Application Tracking Systems
  • Experience sourcing and interviewing applicants
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
