Job Title: Client Services Specialist Employment Type: Full Time
The Client Service Specialist with interact with the company’s clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of client support on a specific product or service.
Responsible for working directly with clients, sales, and production to ensure client jobs are completed correctly.
Ensuring excellent relationships between production, vendors, sales, and clients requiring strong organizational work habits, good judgement, excellent communication skills, and follow through on time sensitive activities.
Create job tickets on Salespad/PACE for all product operations, work with department managers to schedule and track projects through the production process.
Work with mailing department and/or shipping department to ensure projects are completed on time and shipping/routed as required, including working with sales to produce final invoices for all projects.
Provide clients with estimates for Digital/Direct mail orders
Personally act as the representative on behalf of the client in all activities, including reviewing proofs with clients and notifying the client of alteration changes.
Service the client by solving problems, gathering and transmitting information as needed and demanding the highest quality product.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Proficient in handling multiple task with different accounts
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
High School degree (or GED) required
Print experience is preferred
Must have 1-2 years of experience with Client Services
Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at workstation
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
