A multinational Fragrance company is looking for a Sales Manager for their NJ Office. The candidate should be able to:
Identify new client, sales opportunities.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Preparation of sales budgets, reports, forecasts, etc.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
The candidate should have the following skill sets:
BS degree. Chemistry background preferred.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Clear communication skills – written and verbal
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
