The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the university’s missions and goals of teaching, research, patient care, outreach and public service.
80% of this position will be providing clinical services in the cardiology invasive service at Peace Health Longview Cardiac Rehab (PHLCR) hospital in Longview, WA. The remaining 20% will be spent at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in the following three endeavors: Education and training (self or for fellows and house staff), Research (in conjunction with other faculty at OHSU), and Clinical contributions.
The incumbent will develop a rotation among the work group to set the schedule for activities at OHSU.
- Active Oregon Medical License
- Board Certified in Specialty
- Ability to travel between Longview, WA and Portland, OR
- Ability to participate in on-call coverage at PeaceHealth in Longview, WA
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed by department and call schedules
- Academic Health Center experience
