Oregon Freeze Dry is seeking a Sales Account Manager. SAM's are responsible for the ongoing management and business development of a portfolio of accounts. The role's focus is to maximize revenue and profit opportunities while delivering solutions to assigned and new accounts across all market segments.to meet the daily order demand

Oregon Freeze Dry is seeking a Sales Account Manager. SAM's are responsible for the ongoing management and business development of a portfolio of accounts. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Fact-based negotiating & selling across multiple product lines and market segments meeting and exceeding forecasted sales estimates. Build excitement for OFD products & services while discovering real insights that are key to growing profitable sales volume with each account.
- Business development - Develop unique ways to initiate or grow the business with new and existing accounts. Carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the accounts, determining changing trends. Provide solutions to customers and internal stakeholders in the face of challenges.
- Business planning - Search for uncovered opportunities at each account. Build and realize a strategic sales plan which convinces customers to "win" with our products. Be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingencies to overcome them.
- Forecast demand - Provide accurate annual, 3 month rolling, and monthly forecasting for each assigned account; ensuring necessary supply and avoiding excessive inventory build.
Qualifications of this job:
- Bachelor's Degree in a science or related field.
- Three+ years of corporate sales experience with consistent achievement of sales quotas and an increasing level of responsibility in account management preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable with large and small group presentations.
- Critical thinker with dynamic networking, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Corporate level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
