Call Center Lead

Orangetheory Fitness is currently seeking a dynamic Call Center Lead! As a founding team member of our new contact center, this individual would be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and driving the overarching theme of #Morelife for our members'all while being the lead for a team of Call Center Reps.

Here are some of the responsibilities of a Call Center Lead:

  • Manage intro confirmation process
  • Assist in scheduling to ensure complete coverage
  • Continuously develop team members
  • Motivate teams to reach goals for the month
  • Assist in call coverage and provide excellent customer service
  • De-escalation of customer service-related issues
  • Communicate with studio staff and management to provide a seamless member experience
  • Lead bi-weekly meetings with 5 studios
  • Collaborate with Call Center Manager to improve the overall process and customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned

What we look (requirements) for in a Call Center Lead:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Passion for Orangetheory and Fitness
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Can (truly) multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Practice positive, motivating and effective communication skills
  • Have the flexibility to work "retail" hours- days, nights and weekends, as needed
