Clinical Manager

Role and Responsibilities
The Clinical Manager will perform routine technical nursing duties and assist with other related duties involved in providing patient care in a surgical setting. The Clinical Manager will also be responsible for supervising the clinical staff. The Clinical Manager will also provide direct services as determined by the Practice Administrator.
· Supervises the service staff of the assigned program, evaluates employee performance, and makes recommendations for employment actions to the Practice Administrator
· Directs the daily operations of clinical team and schedules meetings, services, and workers' time
· Responsible for quality assurance of service delivery including clinical care and documentation
· Recommends changes to improve service delivery and implements changes and new programming
· Ensures continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services and for coordinating communication with other service components
· Adheres to the agency’s policies and procedures, and its code of ethics
· Complies with the agency standard for service delivery
· Performs additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Minimum of four or more years of experience preferred
· Registered nurse with current state license preferred
· BSN or equivalent experience preferred
· BLS certification required
