Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

SolutionManagers are the owner of the SuiteSuccess edition sales and delivery assetsand most importantly the owner of the Leading Practices to keep the editionsmarketable and relevant. The Solution Manager is responsible for all aspects ofthe edition and its upgrades by maintain a Vertical Influence Team (VIT) andbacklog for future enhancements to be planned. The will present high-level solution overview to senior leadership andindustry representatives and also participate in enablement as an subjectmatter expert for both sales and delivery.
Inthis role, you ll be a program/project manager and lead scope definition, riskidentification, drive adherence to methodology and determine resourceallocation. You will lead this strategic initiative in a vertical/horizontalmarket team, defining performance and goal execution by ensuring proper andconsistent communication with teams.
Work directly with the senior leadership team of the vertical/horizontalproducts to execute against the project plan
Convene and lead a VIT or multi stakeholder team of internalleaders to develop an industry solution based on leading practices toultimately improve customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
Lead or contribute to the development of program deliverableswith applicable stakeholders
Participate in business planning activities and ongoing progressreporting with the senior leadership to review the project plan
Create key success metrics and applicable reporting. Contribute to senior leadership presentations to the executive steeringcommittee to update on progress, value, and scalability of initiative
Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies oftasks required to meet applicable project objectives
Bachelors degree preferably in Management Consulting,Accounting, or Business.
Experience working with both internal and external stakeholdersand the ability to present complex ideas in a way that will flex to variousaudiences
Project Management skills for planning, coordination andcommunication
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and conciselyto leadership
At least 5-7 years of experience in systems applicationsconsulting, either sales, internally via an IT organization or externally witha consulting firm or software provider.
Excellent client management skills and the ability to work withteams to develop and manage an implementation plan.
Excellent communication skills in English, and cross-functionalteamwork skills
