Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

Oracle Analytics Data Governance Architect - US Nationwide - Consulting Technical Manager
The Oracle Analytics Consulting Practice for North America Consulting (NA-TAG) is chartered with helping customers successfully leverage their investment in Oracle software for maximum returns.
We assist and guide our customers by developing analytic reporting strategies and solutions, creating implementation roadmaps, performing assessments, as well as rapid start and full-life cycle implementations of Oracle's business analytics solutions both in the cloud and on-premise.
You will be working with Oracle s Data Governance solutions including Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and Oracle Enterprise Metadata Management (OEMM) in conjunction with Oracle s other data management, analytics, and integration tools to build a single unified cloud-based solution for our customers.
You will also leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence powered features including automated data migration and data warehouse building, as well as machine assisted data profiling and governance, allowing customers to service all their data management needs in one cohesive platform.
- Minimum 6 years of data governance experience including some mix of Oracle solutions including Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and Oracle Enterprise Metadata Management (OEMM).
- Experience with Oracle Analytics and data integration tools.
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Visualization (DV), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- May require travel to client sites for projects Monday - Thursday.
