Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. The process will cover standard and non-standard transactions legal document generation, maintenance, review, compliance and modification. This role will partner with multiple internal groups including the Services Verticals, Sales Operations, Finance and Legal to maintain compliance, reduce risk, eliminate complexity and provide efficient Customer support.
Develop templates and implement processes for a faster turnaround of consulting engagement documents
Develop and track metrics/KPIs for relevant to Contract Administration
