Inside Sales Account Manager

Oracle Lighting is searching for an inside sales account manager. The ideal candidate understands and supports sales targets, is solutions driven and conducts him / herself in a professional, friendly manner.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Receive inbound sales inquiries daily from both new and existing customers and use those customer contacts to identify new sales opportunities.

· Track all sales opportunities within a CRM system, drive towards moving every opportunity through the sales process with effective follow-up, negotiation and ultimately winning deals.

· Act as a point of contact for your customers, providing quotes, assisting with order placement, handling order status inquiries, and assisting with other customer inquiries.

· Follow-up regularly with your customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and assess potential for additional sales opportunities.

· Engage and build relationships with key decision makers over the phone. Quickly learn about the key features and specifications of our ORACLE Lighting LED products and be able to clearly communicate this information to customers.

· Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.

· Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.

· Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.

· Confident with a friendly and enthusiastic phone presence.

· Ability to build relationships with customers over the phone.
