Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Specialty Industry Relations, with a focus on Specialty Pharmacy Operations. Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide process and operational support

  • Execution of pharma programs

  • Extensive work experience in multiple functions

  • Serve as mentor and resource for others

  • Coordinate others’ activities

  • High likelihood of external facing job component(s)

  • Applies knowledge/skills to complex activities within and outside of own function

  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions

  • Plans, prioritizes, organizes, and completes work to meet objectives

  • Facilitate resolutions with team, seen as a key team member on projects spanning more than own function

  • Acts as a technical resource to others

  • Support and participate in audit and QBR preparation

  • Act as Pharma Program Liaison and/or Supervisor

  • Track project or program progress, metrics, successes

  • Perform case research as needed, may respond to escalations

  • Host or support regular business collaboration meetings (internal and external)

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • Experience with Avella Specialty Pharmacy processes, procedures, prescription processing, and clinical management systems

  • Understanding of relevant federal and state regulatory guidelines (e.g., CMS, Boards of Pharmacy)

  • Understanding of relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint- ability to use applications / Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel - ability to create spreadsheets, sort and filter data/ Salesforce (BriovaRx Exchange) - the ability to maneuver in this application and the ability to search and share data)

  • Ability to work flexible schedule (primarily 8:30 am - 5 pm Mountain Time with occasional evening or weekend shifts)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)

  • Pharmacy Tech License

  • Pharmacy Claims experience

  • Knowledge of the Pega PAS
