The Services Digital Advertising team at Optimum is responsible for driving new customer acquisition as well as cultivating awareness and education of Optimum’s full suite of services, through a variety paid digital marketing channels.
Optimum is in search of a Digital Advertising Coordinator to join the Optimum Services Digital Advertising team. We're looking for an exceptional, results-oriented, and motivated individual interested in digital media strategy.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree required
- 2+ years of digital ad creation and buys on Google Ads, social media platforms
- 2+ years of experience in processing data analytics from ad campaigns
- 2+ years of digital media experience preferred, agency background a plus
- Knowledge and experience in split testing and optimizing ad campaigns
- Experience in campaign management, including but not limited to, managing budget trackers, creative spec sheets, trafficking docs, etc.
- Experience with project/task management workflows and platforms (e.g. JIRA, Asana) a plus
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop strong relationships within and across teams
- A self-starter who can work autonomously with agility, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects at one time
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative (analytical and math) skills
- Proficiency in Keynote
- Experience in music, entertainment, or other subscription service a plus
Job description:
On this team, you will work in close collaboration with our media strategy leads in addition to channel leads, creative strategists, and analytics teams in order to build informed recommendations and plans. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize, adapt to change and multi-task within a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for assisting the media strategy team with planning, buying, and overseeing campaign execution for several lines of business within Optimum Services. You will assist in managing the workflow between external and internal media teams. You will support and contribute to status agendas, creative trafficking, and budget tracking as well as media recommendations, weekly reporting, and campaign wrap reports. You will provide feedback and insights to ensure partners understand plans and make optimizations to drive key business results.
Your ability to clearly communicate challenges, solutions, recommendations, and perspectives will be integral to the team’s success in a constantly evolving environment.
