Optima is currently seeking a Marketing Director to perform various duties to ensure we run at optimal efficiency. The ideal Marketing Director will be expected to prioritize and balance tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
Marketing Director Job Responsibilities:
· Build creative strategies for overall company growth.
· Successfully help to promote the company via social media, digital marketing, etc.
· Oversee all other marketing employees and manage their work.
· Identify and interpret upcoming trends and create performance-based insight.
· Collaborate with other employees and make recommended changes.
· Maintain cross-department and company communications regarding marketing plans.
· Build relationships both internally and externally.
· Active involvement in SEO (search engine optimization) efforts.
Marketing Director Job Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required.
· At least 3-4 years in a previous marketing position.
· Excellent understanding of internet platforms like social media, website creation, etc.
·Strong verbal and written communication with great leadership skills.
· Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
· Someone who is outgoing and can bring a positive attitude.
