Job Description

The Customer Service Representative serves to handle security alarm signals from customers' alarm systems, verifies and cancels the alarm or dispatches authorities.  The Customer Service Representative also answers inbound calls from customers with inquiries regarding their security system and takes action to resolve or escalate to appropriate personnel.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Notifies customers of alarms at their home or business

  • Dispatches authorities on behalf of customers as necessary

  • Answers questions pertaining to the customer's account

  • Performs duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor or Manager

  • Regular and reliable attendance
