Job Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service rep to join their team in the Irving, TX area !

Initial point of contact for customers via telephone and self-service incidents to provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
Provides technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications.
Assists with navigating around application menus, may be required to remote into customer's devices.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network.
Ensures incidents are escalated to appropriate third party resolvers, following up on status as required.
Ensure proper management of incidents through resolution.
Performs other duties as assigned.
 

Job Details:

Skills/Experience/Education:

  • 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Retail/POS System experience a plus
  • Experience with Service Now or other ITSM system a plus
  • Must be able to pass background screen and drug test
