OpSource Staffing in Spartanburg is now hiring for a Head Baker/Pastry Chef for a local, high volume bakery. The ideal candidate must have experience with time spent in the trenches who understands the pace and work load of a busy bakery. Finesse for a consistent and perfect end product is the goal and must be achieved with each cake layer.
The ability to follow a recipe and baking schedule.
The ability to direct fellow employees in a proper and respectful way.
Ability to work quickly in a high volume bakery.
Following set recipes and producing a consistent product.
Keeping up with inventory and weekly ordering is required.
Hours are Monday--Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Pay rate is $14/hr.
