Becoming part of OpSec Security’s team will place you at the forefront of protecting consumers from counterfeit goods and other illegal online activity. We work with clients in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to luxury goods, keeping track of their online footprint, and allowing them to quickly combat illicit online activity.

As a Client Services Manager you will become the reliable point of contact for your customers; responsible for the program delivery for various accounts. In this role you will operate under the supervision of the Program Director, Online Brand Protection.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

· Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client

· Provide effective solutions to meet client specific needs

· Become the subject matter expert for assigned OBP programs

  • Manage program expectations and delivery requirements
  • Effectively communicate and deliver reports along with suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely deliverables

· On-board new clients; gather necessary documentation and communicate needs internally

· Become proficient with all internal software to use, demonstrate, and train external users

· Some travel may be required

Qualifications

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • 1 -2 years of work experience in a client facing role
  • Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent job experience
  • Basic understanding of Intellectual Property laws and online enforcement is a plus

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity pivot tables
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, prioritization skills; to meet high volume and speed expectations
  • Open minded, flexible, and willing to work with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent time management skills

· Ability to conduct analysis and present data in a meaningful way
