Job Description

AstraServ Business Solutions Group is expanding and is currently looking for career-oriented, professional and highly qualified and skilled Call Center Agents for B2B Outbound Telesales and Cold Calling Sales to sell products and services from our reputable, major and nation-wide telecom or software partners during 8-5 Central Time business hours and Monday-Friday business days.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Highly capable of learning and retaining knowledge and information provided in our 4-Day comprehensive training programs and rapidly acquire full knowledge regarding the following areas:
  • Products, services, value propositions, and compliances
  • Systems and software tools used in the sales process
  1. Conduct, on a daily basis, a very high volume of B2B outbound and quality cold calls to a range of businesses nationwide
  2. Gather information from each prospect, identify the proper solution, and lead the sales opportunity to closure
  3. Clearly communicate and explain product details, costs and the sales application process to ensure closure of the sales with a positive experience for the client.
  4. Positively meet the daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to:
  • Number of outbound calls
  • Quality interactions with prospects and clients
  • Number and the amounts of sales quota
  • Quality and compliance obligations
  • Full and consistent attendance during regular business hours

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of verifiable and successful experience as a call center agent cold calling and selling business telecom products and services to other businesses
  • Unwavering value system and business integrity
  • Highly reliable and dependable fulfilling 40-Hour of work per week
  • Exceedingly motivated, self-disciplined, sales driven, committed, and coachable
  • Positive attitude, and desire to work very hard
  • High degree of passion and energy for outbound telesales and cold calling
  • Result-oriented with the ability to properly meet the targets
  • Strong phone skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Skilled in professional relationship building, with an innate ability to build rapport and develop trust quickly with businesses, prospects and clients
